Whanaungatanga is a kinship between people, or in this case, classmates. We support each other and build friendships as a Whanau to better ourselves. It’s a way for us to develop a safe feeling around one another without judgment. An example of how you could use it is to simply listen to someone who is speaking without judgment and be understanding.
